If there were an option to post 9.9, instead of 9, I would have as I don't believe in perfection. Someway, somehow there is always room for improvement. I just don't see anything that I can critique in a negative way. :) Darrell was genuine, friendly, polite, informative and never let the ball drop. So important to not have to chase down information or feel left with questions that you wish you had asked. I think that's called Customer Service with a smile :) We were very pleased with the crew of respectful men who show a strong work ethic and got the job done beautifully. I honestly don't know where they get their endurance from! Our roof was completed today and though it is only June the weather has been amazing and HOT! We left the guys a cooler of ice, water and Gatorade each day over the time they were here and they were SO appreciative! I hope that others will consider this as well when the crew gets to there house :) We are very pleased with the roof but also with the clean up job afterwards. We have not had to do any clean up. They also did a great job of protecting our trees and shrubs along the house and my newly planted flower garden and decorations. So ya, we would recommend Darrell and his fine team of roofers! Thank you guys!
