A happy experience from the initial phone call to Millwall to the completion of the job. Darrell's quote was very competitive, thorough and explained in detail. He always showed up when he said he would ( a huge factor for us). Others in the business could learn from him. Our main reason to contact Millwall was for a leaky chimney repair. We had also been contemplating a roof, skylight, & rubbers for hidden gutters replacement so asked for a quote on that as well. Darrell was honest in saying that we could likely get a couple of more years out of our existing roof but we decided to go ahead on it with no pressure from him. The crew was here bright and early each day and ready to work.., and work they did, The job was completed in 2 days of non stop work. They couldn't have been better. All were very friendly and willing to answer any questions we had. Everything looks great. Darrell added a nice finishing touch in painting the furnace stack to match the shingles and trim which may not sound like much but makes a huge difference in appearance. Thank you Darrell and crew! Millwall Roofing was working on our neighbour house last year. They highly recommended this roofing company and the person made the recommendation is also in construction business. Because of that I decided to call Darrell and get a price for my roof. Our job was more difficult as concrete tiles needed to be removed by hand one by one. They planned this job will need four days to complete but they did it in three days. The crew were amazing. Each tile weight 15 lbs, they were able to move tons of material in day and half. Millwall Roofing presented a fair price, cleaned the site reasonable well and I will be happy to refer them to anyone.

I was apprehensive about choosing a company as I had heard horror stories. Thus, I was very content to see the professionalism of Darrell and his crew. My friend recommended Millwall roofing to us after their roof done professionally. We called Darrell for estimate, and trusted him right away after he explained the work details. Our roof is big and steep, the crew did excellent job punctually and immaculately as we requested. To make the new roof shine, their after service was fabulous too. They helped us customize the front flashing decoration and did couple of small chores, as our detail oriented lady desired without extra cost.
