Plumbers Direct

I've have had the pleasure of working with Peter at Plumber's direct on a few occasions. I'm a Realtor, and sometimes need to have small problems looked after as a matter of customer service either before or after the sale of a property. A couple of times, Peter has installed dishwashers for me. He charges a little more, but I know I won't need to worry about receiving a panicked call from a client about water leaking from their new dishwasher. I'm confident that when I call Peter, Plumber's Direct will show up on time, be courteous and respectful, and get the job done right the first time.

I've also referred Peter to clients who have all been more than happy with his service and professionalism. Plumber's Direct is the only name and number I give out when my clients and colleagues ask for "the name of a good plumber".

I wanted to add a bathroom in my basement and I got quotes from 5 plumbers that ranged from $2-5000 to do the rough in. A friend knew Peter and told him my story, Peter called me up and said the quotes were ridiculous and offered to do it for $1500. He brought a crew of 3 and worked 10 hours and finished it up, including having it inspected. I was very impressed and wouldn't hesitate to Peter again.

Peter helped us out one night when we very much needed a hot water heater. Although he charged more than average for the job, I think you need to accept this in a profession that frequently works on an emergency basis. He later agreed to change extra piping at no additional cost and did not "milk" the situation for all it was worth. Overall, Peter aims to please his clients and has professional instincts.

WE needed to have our drain replaced due to sewage backing up. They were able to assess the problem quickly, make suggestions and started work within a day. They were meticulous in their work, left everything tidy and did a good job. We were very pleased witht he work they did.They were able to tell us about rebates we could apply for and it brought our cost down.

Peter was excellent to deal with.His staff was courteous clean and did the job on time.He got a rebate for me from the city.I felt he understood my priorities.He guided me on what work was essential and what could wait.
