Required some bathroom work and got quotes and decided to proceed with Plumbers direct. Even though they were not the cheapest. Their work was okay. But after the work started he decided he was going to charge me more. I was stuck and I did not think that was ethical.

Our company’s policy is that once our technician arrives and assesses the plumbing issue as described over the phone, if additional work is required the customer is advised of the cost and we do not proceed without customer approval.
