Sandro was recommended to us by our civil engineer neighbour who is very particular and has very high standards. Sandro's first project with us was to convert half a very large bedroom into an upstairs laundry. After seeing the quality of his work we quickly got him back to finish our basement for us and turn it into an entertainment room with kitchen area, guest bathroom and bedroom and storage room. There were a few things that got complicated but Sandro calmly handled each challenge with ease and always came up with a good solution. Sandro worked very efficiently and very neatly without cutting corners. The quality of his work is excellent and the work area is kept clean and safe. At the end of the day when he left he always first cleaned up, packed everything away, swept and vacuumed. Sandro also always kept us well informed, was polite and courteous and was always available to us to go over concerns or just run through the days progress. I have heard about so many reno nighmares but Sandro was a breath of fresh air completing the project on time and on budget with excellent work done.
We would HIGHLY recommend Sandro and would use him again and again!
