I had these guys come in for racoon removal as well as mice treatment in the attic. They were exemplary in their service so when silverfish and centipedes decided to make their home in my house I knew exactly who to call. Sharda in the office was great with booking and re-booking my appointment to work around my schedule. Loved the email confirmation and very detailed instructions on how to prepare and what to expect.
The day of the appointment, Moe was prompt and very courteous. He was a pleasure to deal with and did a thorough walk through of the home before starting the treatment. On completion he called me to confirm he had completed the job and followed up with a detailed report via email.
It's been a month and although I continue to find dead bugs in the basement, I have not seen any live ones since the treatment. He was definitely very thorough.
