We had a gas fireplace that was not working in our rental property, so we called a Toronto company and a technician arrived. After examining the fireplace he said that he could not fix it nor could he order any parts for it.
He shut off the gas and advised us to get a new fireplace. The company promptly sent us a salesperson who told us that a new fireplace would cost $4000.
We decided to get a second opinion. That is when we found Imran from Gas Fireplace Services. Wow! Not only did he come quickly, he diagnosed the problem, fixed and cleaned our fireplace and he was able to replace the appropriate parts.
