After taking ownership of a home, I called Gas Fireplace Services & Repairs to do a thorough inspection of the fireplaces. The fireplaces were manufactured by a company who is no longer in business. Two of them were missing key components to light the pilots. Imran found suitable replacements at a fair price.

He explained every step he was going to take and if any were optional, made sure to ask for approval before proceeding rather than doing potentially unnecessary work to pad a bill.
