I am disappointed in the way Imran handled my call to return 5 months after he serviced my fireplace. Imran said the gas fireplace can charr the logs; but the safety inspector at Enbridge said it should burn clean and ticketed my fireplace as a hazard. I paid to clean the chimney, and when I asked Imran to return to fix the fireplace problem (as he assured me he would if I had problems within a year), he was not agreeable. He stated he would charge me again. It is not an issue of price, but the guarantee of his work was not honoured.

Dr. Asim, Thank you for being the first customer to write me a bad review after 5 months of using your real fyre log set. First of all the call you made to light your pilot on your gas fireplace and please, check your invoice dated Dec. 15 / 2013. Service call to light your pilot only not servicing of your fireplace because your baby was sleeping and your wife went out. I did mentioned to you that your log set will get black soot around the logs that normal for real fyre . Occasionally take a brush and clean it out and you said YES..The service call charge was $125.00 plus tax. In your mind you paid me one service call and I have to come to your place for free any time you have a problem I don't think so and NOBODY WILL DO THAT FOR YOU and if you had spoke with me in a proper manner probably I would come for free because I did that for other customer in the past even though they offered I AM THE ONLY COMPANY WHO PROVIDE A 6 MONTHS WARRANTY ON PARTS CHANGE AND 6 MONTHS ON LABOUR ALSO even though I do not get any reimbursement back for the parts. It is not my problem for you to be cheap or want people to work for you for free .Who will pay for all my expenses ,gas, wages m wear and tear, license insurance etc.. Believe me the service call was very minimal barely covering the cost .May Almighty God help you and make you think positive instead of negative.
