David was punctual and he did a wonderful job. He removed the stains which I thought I wouldn't able to remove. Upon arrival, David put tarps down from the front entrance so the machine wouldn't scratch the tiles and hardwood before reaching the carpet. Once he was completed, he provided with booties to wear until the carpet was completely dry and completed the job in the timeframe he had estimated.
Thank you David for such a wonderful service and would highly recommend David to everybody else.
