I had a horrible contractor who kept postponing the work completion on the rental unit and I had to fire him to do the work promptly.
I called a few handymen. Charlie was the first one who returned the call. He came the same day to give the estimate and schedule the work. Although he was busy and I had to wait for a week and let the tenant to move in. Charlie came and completed all the agreed work in very tidy manner not disturbing the tenant.
He is very polite and does very good job. I will be very happy to hire him again.
