Hey I know who this is, Dave thank you so much, yes you are correct there, we certainly ran into unforeseen problems at your house, I have never had so many issues with a patio and pool deck in my life, I am just happy that it was not us that built it, and that we were called in to fix it. Thank goodness we got it done and you are happy. Hey if you ever decide to redo that front driveway, I'd be pleased to do it for you. Keep us in mind for any future work. Thanks again.....Rick

I have to apologize here for taking so long to respond to this kind review, sorry about that, I get so tied up in my working and sometimes forget to take the time to smell the roses if you know what I mean. Ron and the boys really did run into some wicked heat last summer when they did your wall. I remember coming out to see the old concrete wall that we pulled out and I was drenched in sweat just quoting the job. I am please you are happy with the results, Pisa 2 from Unilock is a great product and looks amazing down the side of your home....Thanks again Rick

Janice thanks for your kind words, You know I can't believe some of the contractors out there, I think you must have found one of the worst guys possible, it was obvious that this guy did not own a level or a square or if he did, he did not know how to use it. I am glad you were able to find us and that we were able to put your mind at rest and rebuild the patio and walkway in the professional standards which you are right to expect. We really appreciate that you are willing to recommend us, most of our work comes from referrals and it is kind folks like yourself that make that possible. Hey Jessica thanks for mentioning the blue shirts, I always tell the guys to wear the uniform and some of the guys think it doesn't matter and that no one notices, your comments prove that it is noticed, and does add to the overall professionalism. I go by so many guys working outside in other companies and see them shirtless and their ripped pants hanging way down their butt cheeks and their underwear hanging out and it just looks bad.I am glad that your project worked out to your satisfaction and that we were able to find a complimentary style of brick to add to the overall look. Hey Ross thanks for the encouragement, its nice to know that we can leave the job site for whatever reason and the crew can work efficiently and professionally on their own, I pride myself in the fact that each and every guy on the crew is striving to become a leader in their own right. It is our goal to have each guy eventually run his own crew for us, and so your words are special to me. One thing that I like about this business, is our ability to meet such nice people and to become friends with so many. Ashleigh and myself have been able to develop friendships that extend far beyond the business and you and Margaret are two we count as friends also. Who would ever expect that by talking and building a patio we would eventually be invited to your 50th wedding anniversary, just goes to show how great this life is and what a great field we are privileged to work in. Raymond Thanks for the nice review, it was our pleasure to work for you once again, after a quick lift and relay and a power washing it looked like brand new and with the introduction of the Polymeric Sand into the joints you should get many more years out of the driveway. One nice thing about interlocking stone is that it can always be repaired without anybody noticing it was ever touched and it will last 50+ years. Terry thanks for the kind words, it really was a bit of a tough one there, wasn't it? We removed a lot of debris and made it really look good. We were originally called in to work for your next door neighbour and you were a pleasant bonus. You are right that having all the equipment makes all the difference in the world. I hear you have won some awards for the honey from your bees, Congratulations you must be a proud Poppa. I know Ashleigh enjoyed it on her toast. Anna I have to admit that you have to be my favorite customer of all time, you have a wonderful smile that is so inviting and warm. You make everybody feel like welcome family. Everyday you were there to welcome the crew in a warm and happy mood and they loved your coffee and treats. Ashleigh and I have enjoyed becoming friends and going to dinner a few times. On that note it is probably time to do that again soon, so Ashleigh will call you, and I'll be out soon to check up on the job just to make sure everything is still ok. Well all that above was on a personal note. As regards to your comments above, Thank You I really appreciate everything you had to say about our crew and especially about the daily clean up. I am a stickler for the clean up, I guess its a pet peeve, but to me it is so important, I feel a clean job site and clean trucks and properly put away equipment and tools tell you just about all you need to know about a company. When your property is left clean each day and the site nice and tidy it tells the world you care, One about your customer, Two about the neighbours and Three you have pride in what you do. You said you are glad you found us and we are glad we found you. Thanks...Rick
