Friendly introduction upon arrival, then review of work to be done to insure no misunderstandings. My wife and I found this very professional. There was an excellent attention to detail to insure we were happy with the work and cleanliness. We would wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Swirl and have to my neighbours.
