Plumbing review in

Requested a service on my outdoor tap. The gentleman came to assess but I dont think he knew what the issue was. He quoted me close to 800$ to get the job done but there was no concrete answer as to what the problem was. Im of sure why Im paying the initial 90$ without answers. It would make more sense to identify the issue and then lay out the cost that would be involved in fixing it rather than blindly paying 800$.
Way over priced for not having more definitive answers. Money grub. Wouldnt recommend.
