The quickness of the response and follow up from Shannen was terrific. Within a day, she had all the preparatory work done and ordered the AC unit. We only had to wait a week for the install date, which in mid-June was also pretty amazing! Tim and his crew of Trevor and Wyatt arrived on time on the day they promised and were done within two and a half hours. The crew were very polite, friendly and efficient. They were respectful of the house and yard.
From start to finish this company was a class act with no surprises or disappointments. I would certainly recommend Air Central to anyone! Thanks, everyone, for a great installation. We are truly enjoying the coolness of our air conditioned house these days!

Shannen has been an angel in answering all my inquires and had been really patient with us until we are able to book for an installation date. I apologize, but I can't remember the name of our installator but it made an impact on me when I got the call and he told me that he'll take care of our house. The work itself is fabulous and with the recent inspection we had from the city we were told that AC central did a great job. I'm happy we went with them as recommended by our friend!!!
