We installed a Goodman Ac unit with Air Central Quote done by email. Shannen is quick to answer emails. The techs were on time, did a clean job, a very clean job. It was a rainy day but they were prepped. Tim patiently explained how to operate the AC before leaving. Nice man! Maybe 2-2.5 hours was their work time. AC is working well. I hope to see it last me a few years without issues. Pricing is reasonable on par with competitors. A lot of people in Edmonton install ACs... true, but who installs it makes the difference. Also, make sure whoever is doing the work pulls the permit.

We had been shopping around for AC for literal years, we just couldn't decide on who to go with! We then searched on Reddit to gather the experience directly from people within our community and found, by a landslide, that Air Central was the best for price and service and boy did they deliver! The first to introduce themself was Wyatt and he was very friendly and chipper especially for 8am in the morning! The rest of the crew were quick to introduce themselves to my husband so I don't have their names but they were all delightfully and did a great job at respecting our home during the installation! The quickness of the response and follow up from Shannen was terrific. Within a day, she had all the preparatory work done and ordered the AC unit. We only had to wait a week for the install date, which in mid-June was also pretty amazing! Tim and his crew of Trevor and Wyatt arrived on time on the day they promised and were done within two and a half hours. The crew were very polite, friendly and efficient. They were respectful of the house and yard.

Second house AC done. Quick, efficient and very professional. Price very reasonable. Completed in a timely manner. AC done 5 years ago is still running great and this one is working perfectly
