We were extremely satisfied with the service and the quality of work that was provided by imperial roofs. The team of workers were professional and delivered high quality workmanship. They job was done with a high degree of precision. We would highly recommend imperial roofs.

We had our roof done by Imperial 6 years ago... This past April there was a freak windstorm one morning. Called Stephan and Mike; both got back to me within 2 hours. Within 4 hours Stephan was on my roof making sure both my and my neighbor's roof were looked after. Excellent customer service!

I contacted Stephan from Imperial Roofs after observing their work at my neighbours house, and after hearing good things from my neighbour as well.
Stephan was punctual for our job quote appointment and was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient with our roofing questions. He didnt try to up sell services or products and was very upfront regarding the range of shingle brands, their costs and their real or perceived benefits.
Truthfully, we had already decided on a shingle brand, Certainteed, and knew there would be an extra cost associated with our choice. His firsthand knowledge and experience was impressive.
Upon receiving our written quote, Stephan went through it in detail with us and produced a copy of the EXACT services quoted and his business (operating) license, insurance coverage, WSIB certificate, pledge to NOT SUBCONTRACT the job etc.
Even the details of the job prep and cleanup are there, in writing, part of the quote! These are just some of the details.

The day of the job, Stephan and his crew of five showed up on time, ready to work with all materials on hand. I'm not surprised by this after talking to Stephan, but relieved nonetheless. The crew and Stephan introduced themselves and set to work stripping the old shingles off. No radios blaring and everyone was very professional. It is my roof, but I share the neighbourhood...

The crew on site were very open to questions and respectful and polite to us at all times, and make no mistake, they were here to work! Stephan provided lots of extra materials if needed-in case some plywood was rotten etc and there were extra shingles on hand.

I think you probably know by now that I am VERY pleased with the job done as stated.

Imperial roofs, the manager and the whole crew did a fantastic job - on schedule, on time and left the site clear of all debris. I am glad I hired them!

I want to thank Stephan for the good work his crew did when they shingled my roof and my son's roof on Saturday. They arrived on time and in just over 5 hours both our roofs were completed. They cleaned up their mess and did a great job. Only thing is one of his crew left his work shoes here. If he wants to stop by our house he can pick them up. I will recommend this company to anyone. They arrived on time and did the job very promptly and cleaned up after themselves. They did not try to upsell us anything. It was a very good job overall.

Excellent service, started at 8am sharp as stated and were cleaned up by 2pm as promised. The crew worked extremely well together and were very courteous. They had to remove 2 layers of old shingles and were efficient. They had their own trailer to haul waste away and so we did not sit with a dump bin in our driveway for days. The owner was very helpful in decision making, no pressure.

We went with Imperial Roofs after getting 2 estimates from 2 large contractors that offered the system we wanted but with a very high cost that seemed to included a ridiculous 50 year warranty. Imperial did the job with the materials we specified, did the job in less time and in a very professional manner. They took care and cleaned up after the job was done. We would recommend Stefan and crew any time!

With a sales career that spans 50 plus years, I am well qualified to address service and quality issues. My original 25 year roof dis-integrated after 10 years, so I was very sceptical buyer about anything that the six companies I requested quotes from had to say. After considerable thought, I selected Imperial Roofs, and on reflection, this was a very good decision. The Imperial team were a dream to work with, they arrived on time, fully protected my stucco home and gardens from falling debris, were pleasant, finished the job on time, and cleaned up everything when they were finished. All in all, a very professional company who recognise that a quality job and outstanding service is the reason that they have been in business since 1968...Well done Stephane and a very sincere thanks.....Brian
