Well, imperial roofing is amazing. Started with fixing an intermittent leak and explaining why it only leaked once in a while. Explained the scope of the project and timeline. Completed the job in a timely fashion. Solved my eavestrough leak even though I was leaf debris and nothing to do with the roof job (refused payment for this). Also showed me pictures of insulation that was very much below code and needed redoing ( the company does not provide this service). I felt well taken care of and that my home and comfort mattered to the owner, Steve and Mike who gave me the quote, worked with his crew and dealt with most of the project. Water was leaking into my light fixture . roof was patched and matching shingles were installed and flashing .

This is the 3rd time I have used Imperial Roofs' Services, first time, a new roof (shingles), second time, new eves and just yesterday leaf guards inserts. I just love his staff, easy going, very friendly and do an awesome job! I also like the fact that your voice mail calls and emails/texts are returned quite quickly. This company is reasonably priced and will not disappoint! Thank you Stephan for co-ordinating.

Imperial Roofs provided us with a detailed assessment and quote, and proceeded to install a new roof on June1, 2024. They came recommended by a friend and we would be happy to recommend them to others.

Imperial is great to work with! The installation work went off with no issues. A year or so after, I had a very small fix after a bad storm and they were there right away. No issues since. 5 years after the new roof, I called to get a copy of the warranty (I misplaced the one they gave me), and a few hours later they emailed it to me. Dont waste your time or money elsewhere.

Wonderful company. Stephan is responsive, honest, easy to deal with. Trust him totally. Wish he offered more services. He has a great team. Did our roof a few years ago.

Imperial Roofs recently helped me replaced the old Skylights in my house. Although it is a relatively small project, however, the company strictly followed the procedures that they promised to me and implemented the installation with very high quality. In particular, they came to my place on time in the early morning and deployed everything they need before the installation, e.g., cover the area inside the house below the Skylights, etc. Overall, the work was very decent and I am very happy with it.

Imperial Roofs is a very professional and responsible company (e.g. one team member, Mike, has more than 22 years of working experience in this industry). Before the installation, Stephen came to my place and conducted the on-site assessment. Then, he gave me a very detail summary including product types, costs, warrantee from manual factory and Imperial Roofs, etc.

In summary, working with Imperial Roofs makes me feel comfortable about their service including warrantee. I strongly recommend to consider Imperial Roofs as the first candidate for any potential clients for any kind of roof-related projects.

Great experience overall from start to finish. Got several companies to quote on the job, but Stephan (the owner) was the only one who came over and actually went on the roof. He explained in detail all the work that would be performed, thus, no surprises. His price was neither the highest, nor the lowest, but somewhere in between. On the day of the job, the workers were all professional, did the job properly and in a timely manner. Upon finishing, cleaned up everything; you'd never know they were there except for the great looking roof... I would definitely recommend them.
