Very disappointed with the responsiveness of Suren for this job, after the work proved to be defective.

After 2 jobs with Suren in the past, we hired them once again to stucco the new addition in our house. Aziz did a proficient job with the stucco but did a poor job with the windows caulking for which they charged us an extra $1000.

We're still waiting for Suren to answer our emails and calls to make sure they honour their 5-year warranty. Water is getting in our basement where they poorly caulked.

We're very disappointed because Aziz has been very responsible, friendly and honourable in the past but we won't be hiring them again and will not recommend to anyone a company that is in the habit of ghosting their customers when their work is challenged to be deficient.

Suren did an awesome job! I contacted Tayfun for a quote for our exterior stucco work. He replied, came by for a site visit and followed up as promised. He provided a detailed quote including drawings of what he was going to do and how. Great communication throughout. He was able to start earlier than originally discussed. The job was done well, clean and looks great. He cleaned up the site as promised. They even fixed a piece of my eavestrough that was previously damaged on there own initiative.

I am amazed at how beautifully my exterior Stucco project turned out. It looks like a brand new house. With their expertise, suggestions and workmanship the project was flawlessly completed in the time frame they promised. They provided quality workmanship, competitive pricing, and a work schedule that was well coordinated, on time, and on budget. Their team was punctual, reliable, and personable. Their attention to detail that you dont think of yourself was stupendous and they went over and above without extra costs for a perfect result. The work area was clean and safe at all times, and dust and disruption were kept to a minimum. I highly recommend Suren Contracting and will be contacting them for any future renovations inside or out. 10 out of 10 Stars for this company.

Suren Contracting and in particular Tayfun, who manages the company, were excellent in every regard. We were doing a renovation and resurfacing the whole house in stucco. The home is quite large and tall and because it was a reno, had many irregularities in the exterior surface. Tayfun and his crew took care and professionally handled all these difficult areas. There was no aspect not properly looked after. We are very happy with their work and would recommend them to anybody looking to have stucco work done.

Exterior stucco work on a bay window. They removed all rotted wood and were very quick and professional in their work. I was extremely pleased with the work done. We are glad we chose Suren Stucco. They were also very helpful in the design and colour!!

Aziz and Tyler were extremely helpful in assisting with the design and color scheme. They were very approachable to change or alteration.

Suren Contracting applied stucco over our existing brick layer on the back of our house. The work was completed in a timely, professional manner - and the finished product looks great. I would definitely recommend them for a future project.

They where contacted for exterior stucco. Their price was fair, they where reasonable, professional and provided real quality work. The ,out important thing they stuck too our schedule and delivered what was expected.

Aziz and Tayfun were great. They were very helpful and patient with all my questions and concerns. The workers were efficient and neat. There was a slight mix up regarding the color, but this was resolved quickly and hassle free which was greatly appreciated. Stucco looks great. It's only been about 2 months but no issues so far.

Aziz & Tyfun are very dependable, courtsey and respect to customers are high compared to most contractors.
Workmanship is good, no short cuts, timely completion, competitive pricing.
I would recommend any one to go with SUREN contracting, you will not regret your decision.
