I was a real pleasure dealing with Reliance Home Comfort Calgary. I had been searching for a company to replace my 2 furnaces and possibly both a/c's. Daniel MacDougall (the customer service sales rep) was an amazing person to deal with. He was very knowledgeable and no pressure tactics were used. He went through various options and took time to explain everything. They offer both lease and outright purchase options. I decided to go with the lease option at first as their are benefits for lease but both options have pros and cons. After inking the deal to lease a few days later I found out that when you lease the company puts a lien on the property which I or the salesperson did not know so I decided to cancel the installation. Reliance was ok with that but Daniel offered me outright purchase option to make things right. The installation was top notch, the team of Installers Keith and Adam were great. They were utmost professional worked diligently and installed the units perfectly, the holes drilled for two vents were done so well. They cleaned up very well after job completion. Daniel saved me money because he recommended I replace the A/C coils instead of replacing the A/C units outside, he was very confident the leak i had in one of my A/C systems were due to deteriorating coils. After the coils were replaced and pressurized with nitrogen the pressure held. They will be back in the spring to fill with refrigerant. Price was very competitive and they made things right for an honest mistake. Highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs.
