An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Tom provided a quality inspection for my townhome. He was easy to speak with and understand. He went through the home diligently and identified all the issues I needed to be aware of and provided a very well complied report that made me understood the potential issues /items that required replacement/reworking. I believe engaging Tom for Home inspection was the correct decision
