Tom was a superb inspector. He was very thorough in his work, while taking the time to walk us through every step of his process so that we understood what he was doing and what issues needed particular attention. This was an invaluable learning experience and certainly great value for our money.
As first-time homebuyers, his patience and expertise were invaluable. We would recommend him to anyone looking to have a home inspection performed.
