Home Inspection and Infrared Scan
An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Clearview home Inspections was fantastic as we required their services on extremely short notice. We had made an offer on a property in which we required an inspection within 24 hours or would be faced with a bidding war. Tom was very patient and accommodating to us and was able to arrange an inspection within approximately 12 hours of our request (We spoke to him @ 9 pm and had Vahn, our inspector at the property by noon the following day).
Vahn, our inspector was also very good. He took plenty of time to review all of the homes major structural components and then some. He was very knowledgeable and took time to answer all of our questions. We did not feel rushed and he made sure we understood everything that he had inspected.
Once the inspection was complete, we also received a detailed report via email within a few days summarizing all of the details from the inspection.
I would definitely use Tom and his inspectors again and would not hesitate to highly recommend them to anyone in need of a inspection.
