I am a Realtor in Toronto and always use Clearview Home Inspections; for all my home inspections. Tom's Inspection reports are extremely throughal and detailed, and Tom is very knowledgeable and always happy to answer any questions you have. The reports are always received the same day, which is imperative since time is always of the essence in Real estate.
His inspection reports also cover the estimated cost to repair, which makes it helpful for negotiations. I highly recommend his services and only use Tom for my inspections, especially for my purchasing clients, as he catches everything and can save lots of money in the long run :).
