The drains were completely blocked, down the pipes, down to the basement pipes and down the pipes going through the ground.
Steven was very courteous and understanding. He used the electric wire through the kitchen pipes and when this did not work, did the same thing through the basement pipes. Tried very hard so as not to use the Hydraulic power flush that would cost a lot. The drain are now clear and he recommended that I use once a month a Bio-Clear product to keep the pipes clean.
Very satisfied with the work done and would recommended this company for your plumbing needs.
