WOW ! What can I say ? Rileys Tree Service exceeded all expectations. The job required the removal and stump grinding of a very large mature diseased tree, 12 shrubs and 4 smaller trees. Mark and his team showed up as promised, performed the job as required and then meticulously cleaned up afterwards. And then to top off an already job well done, they trimmed a large over-grown hedge which was not part of the initial scope of work because the required work was completed earlier than expected . . . Rileys did this additional work while still maintaining the initial quotation. Needless to say, I am one delighted customer. Rileys Tree Service strives to delight the customer. Highly recommended.

Mark did a great job removing one large tree and pruning a large maple in downtown Toronto. He has all the equipment and handles each piece with care. He even gave a discount on the price because he could not get the stump as low as he thought he might have.

The work was abolutely fabulous. Mark new exactly how and what to prune with my trees. I would recommend him for this type of job any day! You'll have no problems with this company. Clean up was great as well. No mess was left.

Mark came out promptly to give us an estimate on pruning or cutting down two Chinese elm trees that were leaning on our roof. He reviewed our options with us and we decided to go with pruning. He and his crew did a very professional job and we were very pleased with the results. When the job was finished, they cleaned up the debris on our walkway and steps, leaving it cleaner than it was before they arrived. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services.

Rileys was the lowest quote of several. Davey's was the highest by a factor of three. I have had many tress removed over the past 25 years at my home (1/3 acre and about 100 trees), and no other company did as neat and clean a job. After the trees were gone, the yard looked cleaner than before they started. Fast, efficient, excellent service. I will definitely use Riley's in the future.

Mark and his team were very prompt to return calls and coming out to prune our trees. His pricing was right in line with the other quotes that I received. Ultimately, he won the job because of his promptness and professionalism. His crew was very friendly and also very professional. They trimmed 3 very large trees and left no signs of garbage around the house.

I would highly recommend Mark and his crew. They took down a very old and sick maple tree for me and did a fantastic job, absolutely nothing was damaged in the process and no mess was left behind. He is a real professional and would not touch the tree until a permit was obtained from the city. Mark has all the proper equipment for the work that he does. His prices are more than reasonable, trust me I got some far out in left field quotes to take this tree down. I would recommend Riley's to anyone without hesitation.

Mark and the boys were very professional and put on a fine display of precision work. Great care was taken not to damage fences etc...They always returned my calls promptly, which other companies failed to do(some not at all !). Well worth the cost !
