Ken was professional and courteous in helping us decide which style will be good for our house. He didn't try to oversell and let us decide with no rush. His pricing was competitive and the product was very superior.
The installation crew worked well. They left after thy cleaned everything and put their small sign outside for a few weeks. Ken came to thank us for the business and took some pictures.
