In about June, my husband and I were thinking of replacing the windows in our house, but wanted to only replace the bottom floor due to price. We saw Windowtech's ad on Facebook, and called to get an estimate. The estimate that we received for the whole house, was only about 15% higher than what we received for only the bottom floor!
