Sunrise Landscape & Design

After seeing many positive reviews as well as being recommended to me by a neighbour, I decided to give Sunrise a call to get a quote on my back patio and the front entrance area of my house.
The salesman that came over (Adrian) was very informative and very well mannered making us feel very comfortable about the whole project. He gave us some great ideas and the price was pretty much in line with a couple other companies that had quoted us earlier. We decided to go ahead with this project as we felt very comfortable with Adrian and also really liked the product that Sunrise uses (Oaks - very beautiful and high quality pavers). Adrian explained that there would be a 2-3 week wait from the day that we signed the contract and we ended up waiting exactly 16 days for the excavation crew to arrive to start the work.
Gary, Will and Mr. Massa showed up for the excavation and these guys are such a pleasure to deal with! Very patient and yet so efficient at what they do! They were there for 2 days and each day cleaned up before leaving and made sure we were informed of what was going on and made sure we were satisfied.
A few days later, the installation crew arrived led by Rob.
Let me tell you, Rob is one skilled worker! He made sure every detail was done right and really calmed any fears we had about what the final product would look like.
All in all, the final product looks 10x better than what we were expecting and I am so glad I chose to go with Sunrise.
Adrian gave us a courtesy call a few days after the work was completed and we arranged to have our driveway done in the spring! Will definitely be recommending these guys to all my friends and family.

Had driveway done in spring of 2016 when job was finished we were going through the job with Will and noticed that they had buried the water main. Will said he would be back to fix it and we haven't seen him since. We've called repeatedly and every time they have said the would be there on a specific date and never showing up. We asked them to run wire for electrical outlet and they must have buried that too because we can't fine it. Needless to say very disappointed and cannot recommend this company

Sunrise showed up on time and finished as promised. This is one honest company who stand by their word. They are a pleasure to deal with from beginning with Adrian, to Massa and the installation crew. We are very happy with the work they did and are enjoying our new patio. We couldn't be happier with the finished product. It actually exceeded our expectations! The guys were quick with no impact to quality. We had several other quotes placed and all of them were pretty much in line with one another, so we were comfortable that we were not overpaying. Several of our neighbours had work done by Sunrise and their work is holding up and looks fantastic. That is basically what swayed our decision to go with Sunrise and so glad that we did! The company "Sunrise Landscaping & Design" are true professional contractors. They provided us a schedule with the project start and completion date which was bag on. We are truly satisfied from the demolition, to the preparation, to the installation and providing us with design recommendations. Also, once the project was completed the crew went around and ensured that they place was swept and respected the property of the neighbors while on the job. It was a real pleasure to see the co-founder of Sunrise Landscaping, Massa and both his son's William and Gary on the job overseeing the work of their crew. Everything they said came true to their word. The front of our home looks great!!

We had heard of Sunrise over 20 years ago (they are not a fly by night business) and have always been impressed with their workmanship. William and his father were amazing, accomodating and gracious. From the moment they began the project and to when they completed it - they were right on with the timeline. Both my husband and myself would request changes to the project as it progressed. We had originally wanted to keep our old bbq and have William build the outdoor kitchen - while replacing a piece for our bbq both my husband and myself decided we wanted a new bbq to showcase the beautiful kitchen they built. Because of this William had to redesign the outdoor kitchen at the last minute and did not charge us any additional cost! Where I know other Landscape Designers would not be so accomadating, (thanks again WIlliam). The backyard turned out so beautiful and am extremely pleased - which has never happended to me before as I always find something that is not quite right. I want to thank William (especially his father) and his amazing crew for a job well done.
