Great work. Tristan fit us in to accommodate the new roof happening. Did a great job putting in gutter + leaf guard. Will use his crew again in the future, absolutely.

Roof moss was not removed despite assurances that rains would wash it away after product was applied. Company would not remedy or reply to emails we sent. Most windows but - not all were washed. Very disappointed in the service provided

Blue Heron did an excellent job of replacing the fascia and gutters on my house. Tristan responded promptly to my request for a free quote. He came to the house, assessed and measured, and provided a detailed, reasonably priced quote immediately. Tristan was very customer-service oriented and was a pleasure to work with.

It's funny how replacing your gutters makes such an improvement in how your home feels and how you feel about your home. Blue Heron is a company I would recommend to anyone, although, when you find a gem like this you almost don't want to tell anyone as they're just that great. Justin did an amazing job of replacing our gutters and also the wooden gable peaks, which required removing and reinstalling a row of concrete roof tiles. He went above and beyond to accommodate us as we were also having new windows installed which took longer than expected. Justin left one gutter uninstalled so the window guys could finish, then came back to finish up. He did an absolutely amazing job. We couldn't be more pleased and will never use anyone else.

Contacted the owner Tristan and he responded quite quickly to come by and give us an estimate. Showed up on time, did the entire house in 4 1/2 hours, a first rate job. Highly recommended.

We contacted Blue Heron Gutters (via email) for an estimate and Tristan Slocum, who is the owner and installer (company was started in 2008), replied quickly. He was on his way to another estimate and stopped by to assess what we required. He explained the products available and design options. For minimal to no maintenance, we went with fast flow funnels, leaf collection boxes and a fascia board wrap. Depending on your wants, needs and budget, there are many options.

The quote was emailed to us promptly the next day. Tristan was able to fit us in earlier than originally scheduled.

Tristan is courteous and professional in his communications with us in regards to any questions and concerns that we had about the products and the job. The day before the install, he let us know the time they were starting and how long the job would take.

The install took less time than anticipated. Tristan and his employee removed the old debris and cleaned up the site.

We are pleased with the results. The gutters and down pipes look great! Of course, this might be the only time we want some summer rain so that we can test out the product and the workmanship! Thank you to Tristan and Blue Heron Gutters!

Tristan did a great job replacing our gutters and downspouts for a very reasonable price. He was responsive and easy to work with. Some of the gutters needed to be re-designed and they now work much better than before.

We had a large amount of moss growing on our roof and our gutters needing cleaning. We called a few companies and found the best rate from Blue Heron. They removed over 6 bags of moss from our roof and clean the gutters in only a couple of hours and we were very happy with the service provided.
