Fast and Friendly Washing Machine Repair
Our whirlpool front loading washing machine stopped working on Good Friday, and I left dozens of messages with various repair services (through Homestars!) to see if we could get it fixed on the weekend. I couldn't find anyone who was open on the long weekend until I found HighTech Appliance Service. I was overjoyed at their great reviews, and when I got in touch with Atiar on Saturday, he said he would be at my home between 1-4, with a call shortly before arrival.
He arrived within the timeframe and called me saying he was about 5 minutes out! He quickly diagnosed the problem, and explained each step as he went, being very upfront about the costs as he trouble shot. In the end it was a pump that needed replacing, which he did quickly, and made sure that all was working well before he finished up.
All in all, I would highly recommend Atiar, great friendly service!
