While going through the sale of our home, an inspector determined that we had mold in our attic causing us to loose a potential buyer. Ross came out the next day and reassured us that the situation was minor. He squeezed us in the following day and made our attic look like new. We now have an offer for our home that we are currently negotiating.
I'm hoping to never have another mold problem, so I wish Ross would change careers so we can do business with him again. =)
He was helpful and very easy to work with. His customer service was far beyond my expectation. As a business owner myself, I understand how hard Ross works to make his clients happy. I totally appreciated his quick response to my 911 call.
