Mold Inspection and possibly remedial
I called the Mold guy yesterday. Ross was very helpful and very informative. I paid $150 for his service to inspect and possibly recommend if it can be fixed by DYI project. He recommended to use bleach since the mold is not crazy and just very small spot.
I was happy at his service. If you are not sure if you will be using him as a contractor, I will not recommend him because you need to pay him $150 upfront. I got different contractor did the same stuff (1 day later), for $0.
Also, my guess is I also took the blame because I agree for the $150 fee beforehand. I should've waited for other companies to come first.
