We found our dream home and we had Sean Moss do our inspection. He was very thorough and now we have a document to work on in order to prioritize repairs. He was very thorough and was not afraid of the weather to inspect the roof and was very clear in his communication verbally and with the very detailed report which was very easy to comprehend. As a realtor I have worked with lots of inspectors and he is one of the best. I will recommend him to everyone.
