Six months ago I was struggling to make a decision on a home in Burnaby, I needed a home inspector to enlighten me on the details that I had not seen nor had anticipated. First off, when buying a home you are under the gun on timing. I had timing issues, especially since there were several back-up offers. Sean heard my plea and re-arranged his schedule and took the time to come out and complete an inspection on my place. He has a wealth of knowledge, is courteous and meticulous on his inspection. Never once, was it rushed and was very detailed. He went above and beyond, even inspecting my attic which was so tight a child could barely fit in it. He made every effort to cover my house as well as possible. There is a reason this man has several good reviews on this site. He does a great job and would recommend him to future buyers looking for an inspector.
