We had Nathan and his guys come out and repair a crack in the spring of 2013. We thought very highly of their customer service and their work but the crack continued to be a problem (Water continued to trickle into our basement). They came out the next spring thaw to fix it for free but again the fix did not take. Finally this spring they came out and did the whole thing over again from scratch and it appears to have worked. Even though we had to have them come back twice I would still recommend them to anyone else and would hire them again.

Thank you Edward. I did appreciate your patience and I'm glad we were finally able to get to the bottom of it. Obviously having to come back is not ideal but it's important to me that each client is satisfied and gets what they paid for. All the best.
