We purchased a CPC pool because we liked the pool brand but the installation was horrible. Before the job was complete, Nature Bound wanted payment. We explained job as per contract was not finished. They took back (will not let me use the word st*le the pool heater, salt water system etc. from our backyard when we weren't home. Never deal with this company!

As Canada’s largest C.P.C. dealer it is and always been our desire and intent to provide the best service and response possible and we are proud of the hundreds of happy and satisfied customers we have accumulated over the years in fiberglass pool installations. However admittedly and on rare occasion we have not been able to keep all customers happy.
Under no circumstances would we or ever pick-up equipment delivered on site and take it back unless it was not paid for under the terms clearly defined in the agreement. We have job progress payments clearly in the agreement which is always signed and agreed by both parties.
