Mr. Mow It All

This company has consistently failed to deliver for us. Late, sloppy, unable to follow explicit instructions.
They consistently fail to follow instructions (about how to plough our large parking lot, about not using any salt anywhere on our property, etc.). The do unsatisfactory jobs again and again. In this last storm they did only did half the job on path and stairs. To add insult to injury, on our stairs they shovelled the half that doesn't have a railing, which is obviously the part we walk on. As for the clearing of our large parking lto by plough, it's three days later and they still have done it.
