We recently had our basement window replaced by Home Depot and it was a nightmare from the beginning. The first crew that came out was 2 hours late, parked illegally on the sidewalk, ripped out the old window and SPRAY FOAMED the new window in! The window was so flexible and I knife was passed through the foam and no framing was there. Unbelievable. So now please fix it - it took over a week to have them come back and guess what, no one showed up for the appointment. After excessive phones calls and complaining, a team was sent out to fix it correctly. Beware of Home Depot Installations.
