Rod tie leak and crack in foundation - basement leak
We found that we had a leak in our basement. We were referred to Brad from Aqua Dry Technologies. He quickly discovered that the leak was coming in from 4 Rod Tie holes.
Brad suggested that we expand the inspection to make sure all issues were dealt with all at once. At this point, he discovered a crack nearby in the corner of our foundation.
Brad then suggested what we should do and what the best option was to fix the issue. Brad was on time, professional and respectful of our time and our finished basement (As he even cleaned up during and after the job was finished. Very easy to work with.
We have his card and will be recommending him to any of our neighbors should they have a similar issue.
