Two men came and gave me a quote for a tree I was worried wasn't very healthy. Right from the start they told me the tree was fine. I wanted some dead branches removed. They recommended removal of a couple of other branches were damaging my cedars. I'm sorry I don't know the names of the two guys but they were so friendly and I felt so honest. I would highly recommend.
Rod tie leak and crack in foundation - basement leak
We found that we had a leak in our basement. We were referred to Brad from Aqua Dry Technologies. He quickly discovered that the leak was coming in from 4 Rod Tie holes. Brad suggested that we expand the inspection to make sure all issues were dealt with all at once. At this point, he discovered a crack nearby in the corner of our foundation. Brad then suggested what we should do and what the best option was to fix the issue. Brad was on time, professional and respectful of our time and our finished basement (As he even cleaned up during and after the job was finished. Very easy to work with. We have his card and will be recommending him to any of our neighbors should they have a similar issue.

We called Aquatech yesterday and the next day Shawn arrived right on time. Shawn was professional, friendly and very courteous. We had another company in to look at the issue but didn't identify the cause and said they would follow-up with a quote. Within 20 minutes of Shawn being here, he identified the issue and recommended how we should go about getting the issue fixed (it turned out not to be a crack in our foundation). I appreciated how honest Shawn was. Will definitely call again should we have any further issues.

I called RooterWorx after returning from vacation to find our house flooded. We were put in touch with Lionel who let us know, not to worry, he was on his way. (we had the water main off at this point). Lionel was so nice. He helped us discover the source of the leak and took care of the problem right away. He gave us some pointers on actions we can take for the future to avoid this issue again. Highly recommend!!!

I can not say enough about this company. The whole team from Daniel, Alena in the office, Daniel, Leo and Mauricio, they were all excellent. They arrived on time, were professional, kind and cleaned up at the end of each day. I was given a schedule before the job started and it was kept to. I contacted Peter who came out the following day to give us a quote and show us a sample of the drawers. We had other quotes but this quote was by far the best and the competitor products looked exactly the same. Peter and Roger showed up on time on the day arranged to install our shelves. They are so tidy, they even bought indoor shoes to wear. They were a pleasure to deal with. I am so pleased with my shelves, what a difference they make. The quality is outstanding (they hold 100 lbs each) and most importantly, no more heavy lifting and no more clutter. Joe was excellent. We had discovered that we had an animal nesting in our roof above our porch. We made a call to Joe and were surprised and pleased that he would come out to our house on a Sunday (the following day). Joe was prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. We discovered it was a squirrel who luckily had left our roof when Joe arrived. Joe covered the access point where the squirrel was getting in. He did an excellent job and extremely neat job. I have to say, there is no way that squirrely is getting back in. Joe also suggested we remove a couple of branches where he felt the squirrel was probably gaining access to our porch. I would definitely use Joe again and would not hesitate to recommend him! Thanks so much Joe!!
