I feel so fortunate to have found Grand Building. I was getting exhausted asking contractors for estimates only to be turned off by their list of grievances regarding our backyard. Alex from Grand Building came over, listened to what we wanted and guided us to the best solution. This included major landscaping, waterproofing, a carport and new siding. Alex and Adam of Grand Building took care of everything including permits and dealing with inspectors. They were attentive, communicative and delivered on time. For the most part there were no overages, and the estimate was accurate. The subcontractors that they work with are exceptionally talented. We are so happy with the work and thrilled to have a functional backyard. 100% would recommend and look forward to working with them again.
