Shed In A Day

I originally purchased my shed from 'Shed in a Day' in August 2019. Everything about their website and explanation of plans, upgrades, delivery etc is very well detailed and easy to understand. Andrew and Bruce were very accommodating and replied to any inquiries I had about my purchase. I was very pleased with how easily the shed was constructed utilizing quality materials.
This week unfortunately someone took it upon themselves to vandalize my shed structure during the night and significantly break one of the doors. Later that morning I contacted 'Shed in a Day' inquiring about a replacement door where I had a reply almost immediately with concern for the situation. Early the following day Bruce delivered AND kindly installed the replacement door, trim and latch mechanism without hesitation. When notified by phone of his actions I was overwhelmed by his generosity and willingness to go above and beyond to help alleviate some of the stress of the situation.
I cannot thank 'Shed in a Day' enough for their OUTSTANDING customer service and am so grateful that small businesses like this still exist. I wish this business continued success!
