Our experience with Mike & Lisa from PuriSoft was outstanding. From answering our questions when we were doing research prior all the way to the day of install. Very pleasant as well as extremely knowledgeable.
The softener was installed into a newly built home and Mike took the care bring the unit in. Took the time to discuss the placement options to us. As well the plumbing installation is very neat and tidy. You can tell that he takes great pride in his work.

We needed to change our 3.5 years old Whirlpool water softener. I was in big dilemma which water softener to buy .I called Mike from Purisoft water solution and after 5 minutes of conversation we decided to buy new water softener from his company. Mike was on the time , he did excellent and very clean and professional job. My family and me can just say thank you Mike and Lisa. Mike spent quite a bit of time over the phone educating you me on water softeners. I felt very comfortable with him and his product and decided to go ahead.

He showed up exactly when he said he would, did an extremely Professional installation, cleaned up and removed the old softener.
I am very happy with the new product and would recommend Purisoft to my friends and family.

Mike and Lisa run a top notch company. We suspected our 25-year-old water softener was the cause of our poor water quality. We called Purisoft. Lisa was super helpful - she was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. She booked a service appointment for us the next day! Mike diagnosed the problem and installed an excellent water softener (30K Chlora-A). In addition to his obvious technical skills, we really appreciate that Mike took extra time to locate the softener in an ideal location for us and educate us about our water softener. Made a call to Mike, he came to my house, diagnosed that my previous water softener had stopped working. Suggested what was best for me and we went from there. Lisa and Mike at Purisoft provided an amazing experience for us. They were very professional and kind and helped us understand what we do and don't need as first time home buyers in Cambridge. Mike is very knowledgeable and took his time to explain the entire process, and walked us through the installation and maintenance of our water softener. What stood out the most to us is that he wasn't pushy or just trying to make a sale; their prices are also reasonable compared to other companies we inquired with. When we lived in Cambridge we had Mike install a water softener for us and he was fantastic. When we moved away, we did get quotes from companies near us bjt none of them gave us the pricing and friendliness that Mike did so we called and asked if he was willing to travel a little. Lisa called back and they were willing to come out quite quickly. They both came and did a great job. Very informative, great conversation and had us all hooked up and running in no time. Afterwards Lisa sent an email stating exactly what filters were needed and when to change them. They were amazing once again.

Lisa and Mike were courteous and informative. They answered all our queries about the choice of water softener best for us. Their service was timely and pricing better than expected for the quality of product.
