I called the technician yesterday around 7:30am to fix the furnance. He said he would call me at 10-11am but no any news until I called him around 12 asking him when he is able to come. He is very rude on the phone, yelling at me and don't want to provide me the estimate service time. He said he would called me when he is about to come. After 2-3 hours, I had to check with him and he got upset again. He finally came around late afternoon. The furnance hasn't been fixed because he doesn't have pressure swith and needs to order it tomorrow.
The worst part is he told me today the motor needs to be replaced too. I told him he came to replace the motor 2 years ago. He denied but the receipt shows he charged me $1139.25 ($1085 motor plus service fee).
