In 2021, we had noticed water pouring out of the eavestroughs during heavy rain. Several contractors recommended replacing all the eavestroughs and quoted for this. We contacted Neethan who climbed up and inspected, and reported that he saw no reason to replace all the eaves, maybe just cleaning out leaves and re-caulking. After he cleaned out the leaves, water was no longer pouring out of the eavestroughs during the next heavy rain.
