Vitaly and his workers were quick to show up after our drains were obviously clogged. They were very polite, and quickly diagnosed the issue and had a temporary fix for us.
They followed up in short order, replacing a collapsed sewage pipe with a new pipe and backflow valve. The workers were quick and cleaned up the site leaving everything as if there were no issue to begin with.
Overall, we're very happy with the work done and would recommend Vitaly and Master Drain & Water Works.
