Great service and great expiries to deal with Master Drain’s crew. I am very satisfied with their work. Problem with drain was fix in one day plus when hole was excavated they offered to replace old rusted main water pipe for the house to new copper for half price ! I am very happy with they work.

After many years of dealing with sewage backing up into basement I called Master Drain. They fixed the problem right away, dug seven feet deep on my front lawn area, replaced all corroded and blocked pipes and also replaced lead water main pipe to copper. Very quick and hard working people, work area was cleaned, no debris left behind. You can't even tell where the hole was dug in the front lawn. Highly recommended!!

Drain and Water for new house building…

We were building bright new house and we called Master Drain & Water Works to do underground drain and water pipes installation. They came and in three days all job was done: inside basement underground drain , water supply pipe from city property to house basement, and outside underground old drain was replaced. All job was done fast and with quality. We are very satisfied with job they did and we will use "Master Drain..."again next time. Thank You!

We just bought a house and insurance company did not wont insure our house because we did not have floor drain in our basement. We call Master Drain and water works, they install a floor drain in proper place at hot water thank, problem with insurance was fix .Thanks I will call your company again if I have any problems in the future.

This morning we woke to have water backing up into the basement. We had Vital here on site with us about an hour after we called in. He get our drains fixed up . I appreciated his professionalism and the way he fix our problem. At the same time it was less expensive than it could have been. Thanks for saving my basement!!!!

We had sewage backing up into our basement and on the recommendation of a family member who was also very satisfied with "Master Drain and Water Works" for similar work, we called for service. Within one hour, Vitaliy, arrived and using his high tech drain camera and location device, he found the location of our broken main drain. He was friendly and professional and put on covers over his work boots to keep our house clean. He was very neat and tidy while diagnosing the cause of our sewage backup.

His crew arrived on time and began the difficult and dirty job of cutting through the basement concrete to the damaged main drain. I requested that a Backwater Flow valve be installed because it gives me peace of mind knowing that should the city drains reach capacity, my house will not likely get flooded, and also because the backwater valve also adds a convenient cleanout location for future maintenance. The company crew was polite, hard working, and tidy.

I highly recommend this company, and highly suggest the installation of a backwater valve to everyone. Thanks.

My toilet was clogged , Master Drain & Water Works came over and unclogged the toilet quickly with no extra fees. I would recommend this service to others with any plumbing or drainage problems.
