The True North Underpinning team was efficient, curtious and easy to work/communicate with. Daniel was our point person for all things related to the job. Aside from his wealth of knowledge, his honesty and professionalism was the winning combination for me. He ensured that our neighbours were not impacted negatively with the work we were having done in our home (as we have a semi detached) and went out of his way to check with them during the 7 week period. Daniel accommodated our busy schedules to complete progress checkpoints with us. He kept us informed on all the next steps of his crew so there were never any surprises.
