They are our go to guys. I do not understand the other review because it is not what we have experienced. We hope people responding to these assessments do so appropriately.
Rocksons have changed fixtures, hot water tanks, well filters and installation and furnace thermostats for us. They have done it all.
We trust them completely. The work, the cost, our frantic phone calls have all been addressed with cool, calm and good work.

Didn’t fix the problem, called them because my toilets were plugged, they were here for a total of 45 minutes and charged me for 1.5 hour. And gave me a $300 bill and after two weeks my toilet issue came back, had to call another company to fix the problem permanently. Totally dishonest and unskilled!!!
